Garage Greatness
How many households have a two or three car garage, but can only fit a single vehicle inside of it? It’s a common problem, but for most homes it’s a solvable one.
This was a job where the before photos really puts it into perspective. This client had multiple spaces that needed organizing (more to come in a later blog post), but the garage was the biggest job.
The first step was to go and survey the space. This included checking dimensions and the content of the garage.
Next was verifying all of the installation info for the custom designed elfa shelving (which the customer had already designed with our friends from The Container Store).
After their space was professionally installed, I brought the clear containers and labels and got to work. We purged all the things that needed to be trashed and donated, then boxed everything and put it on the shelves in appropriate zones.
Since this client had several furniture items, and old shelving and boards (visible in the main photo) from their recent closet install, we called a bulky item pickup service to come and haul away all the large items.
